RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your purchase in store for store credit, exchange, or a refund to the original payment method. Returned merchandise must have all original tags and packaging, be unopened and have no visible signs of wear or use. We cannot issue any returns without proof of purchase.
All skincare/fragrances/body/bath/beauty, consumables and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days with a gift receipt or original receipt.
We are unable to offer price adjustments on any purchases, online or in store.
ONLINE
Online orders can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of all skincare/fragrances/body/bath/beauty, consumables and discounted items which are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please email us at info@vividchill.com to initiate an online return before shipping back any items. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All international purchases are final sale. Feel free to email us at info@vividchill.com if you have any questions prior to purchasing. We are happy to help you in making your selection!
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us directly within 48hrs of delivery.
